Quite often these more positive states will be reinforced and embedded by installing a physical cue that you can use whenever necessary. The simplest physical trigger that I teach would be to press your thumb and finger together and this will make you feel calm and composed or confident or any other state that you feel you need to be able to access when playing golf.
Awakening Phase
The session concludes with the awakening phase, where you will be gently brought back to full awareness, feeling refreshed and empowered.
Please note that during hypnosis you are fully in control and conscious, hypnosis is just like daydreaming.
