Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has the strongest evidential backing and is currently the treatment of choice under the NHS. This type of therapy aims to change thoughts and behaviours to bring about positive changes. Research studies where CBT and hypnotherapy are applied together have shown that they are strongly complementary and their effectiveness is raised many times when used in combination.
You may be experiencing irritability, anger, fatigue, digestive troubles, sleep problems, fatigue, tension or difficulty concentrating. Perhaps you are feeling frustrated or defeated because your attempts to stop smoking or vaping have been unsuccessful?.
Getting support from me can make the task of giving up much easier. I include some relapse prevention work in the main session as this can be crucial during the immediate weeks after the session.

Following your booking and payment, I will arrange a half hour assessment session and then provide you with an audio download and some documentation to complete and return in advance of the main session which can last up to 2 hours, the preparation is a vital part of the treatment and will increase your chances of giving up smoking and becoming a non-smoker. You will leave the 2 hour session as a non-smoker and follow up support will be available to you if required (most clients do not need this).
